" Our experience at the Quality Inn was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. After driving 400–500 miles, we were informed that our room was still not ready. We were then asked to wait outside the room while a front desk employee cleaned the bathroom, specifically the toilet, which was unacceptable and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the cleaning was done very poorly. Once we entered the room, we found several serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. The refrigerator did not keep our food or drinks cold, the bathtub had what appeared to be a blood stain, and the toilet still looked dirty and unsanitary. In addition, the blanket on the bed had visible stains, and the microwave contained dried lettuce and tomatoes from a previous guest. The breakfast menu was also very disappointing. I have photographs documenting all of these issues. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences my husband and I have had, and we will not stay at this location again. In the future, we will choose a better hotel that values cleanliness, professionalism, and guest satisfaction. "

"Very professional management and staff service. Front desk staff greeted me with a smile and great customer service. Room was clean and bathroom was very clean. Beds were made up and very comfortable."

"Curtain was falling off the rod; floor was dirty; towels were non-absorbent so it required at least two to dry off from shower; water temp was good but no pressure from shower head; one lamp in the room appeared to be broken but we didn’t touch it so not sure; and air conditioner made loud whining noises continuously but still didn’t cool room well All in all in poor state of repair "

"Waited 15 minutes at the Reception disc until someone showed up to check me in. Staff are not so friendly. Rooms are not clean. There are insects and roaches on the floor and on the sink counter. This is not the first time I have bad experiences with this Hotel unfortunately it’s the only hotel in town so I had to stay in it again otherwise I wouldn’t approach it"

"I have been wanting to stay at this hotel for a while and it did not disappoint. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff is fantastic, the beds and room are comfortable, and the free continental breakfast is simple but delicious. My only issue was seeing some of the ceiling issues around the sprinkler heads and some water damage near the shower. These were all minimal compared to everything else. We will definitely stay here again!"
